Hi, I'm Laura! I'm originally from Colombia, where I studied economics, but fitness has been part of my life since I was 15. It all started in my living room with just my bodyweight and 20-minute YouTube videos. No equipment, no gym — just a desire to move and feel better in my own skin. That simple beginning taught me something I now share with all my clients: you don't need a lot to get started, just the willingness to show up.

After moving to Austin four years ago, I turned my passion into a career, helping others build a healthy relationship with exercise. As a mobile trainer, I bring the workout to you — whether it's in your living room, backyard, or home gym. My goal is to help you feel strong, move with confidence, and see fitness as a form of self-respect, not a punishment.
