Hello, I’m Danny Trejo, the founder and operator of RxFit in Austin, Texas. Thank you for considering us to support your health and fitness journey.

My passion for human biology and performance began in my youth, participating in every sport available in my small-town school. This created a series of questions around what is physically possible on a deep foundational level, which has led to RxFit. This early interest led me to pursue a degree in microbiology. Although my initial career path took me into marketing, the experience provided valuable insights into the challenges faced by professionals in demanding corporate environments. These insights were instrumental in developing the comprehensive wellness systems we employ at RxFit today.

At RxFit, our mission is not only to slow the aging process but to help reverse it, enabling you to feel rejuvenated and energized. As someone who is a breath away from 40 years old and has a herniated disc, this understanding of how to reduce my physical age while making me feel amazing is an obsession.
