Hi, I'm Danny. I founded and operate RxFit — and I'll save us both time by being the one guy in fitness who doesn't start with a jaw-dropping transformation story or a Division I athletic pedigree.

The truth? I'm average at every sport I've played. Average muscle growth. Average fat loss when I'm cutting for competition. My college peers were D1 athletes and competitive bodybuilders. That was not my lane. And honestly — that turned out to be the most valuable thing that ever happened to my clients.

I got obsessed. Obsessed with understanding exactly how the human body adapts under stress. My background in microbiology gave me a framework that most trainers don't have: I think in systems. When I see a client's shoulder impingement, I don't just see a sore shoulder — I see a kinetic chain failure two joints upstream.

The protocol I built — and have diligently trained my team to deliver — solves pain, accelerates muscular development, reduces body fat, and most importantly, gives professionals the daily physical and mental energy to perform at a higher level. And here's the part that took me years of research to fully understand: these aren't separate goals. The science is unambiguous. You can train for longevity, aesthetics, and pain resolution simultaneously — because the same root system governs all of them.

There are trainers out there who can get you a faster result if all you want is two inches on your arms or to drop 15 pounds before a vacation. That's not us. We work with people who want to improve in every dimension of physical health — while still achieving that perfect aesthetic, and sustaining it for life.

This is foundational growth. We aim to age you backward — biologically, biomechanically, energetically. We do this because after 9+ years and 200+ clients across West Austin, I'm absolutely certain it's possible. And I've built the system to prove it.

RxFit was born out of my own decision to change my life. It's been my honor to use that same system to change the lives of others.
