1. Not Medical Advice

The information provided by RxFit — on this website, in our articles, assessments, screenings, and training sessions, and through any communication with our coaches — is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

RxFit is a fitness and performance coaching company. We are not a medical practice, and our coaches are not physicians, physical therapists, dietitians, or licensed healthcare providers unless expressly stated with their individual credentials.

2. Consult a Physician First

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, symptom, injury, medication, or health goal. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on this website or discussed with an RxFit coach.

You should obtain medical clearance before beginning any exercise program, changing your nutrition, or adopting any protocol described on this site — particularly if you are pregnant, have a known cardiovascular, metabolic, or musculoskeletal condition, are recovering from injury or surgery, or are taking prescription medication.

3. Corrective Exercise and Pain

Some RxFit services address movement quality, mobility restrictions, and discomfort associated with movement patterns. This work is exercise programming. It is not physical therapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic care, or the treatment of any injury, disease, or medical condition. If you are in pain, have sustained an injury, or have been given a diagnosis, please work with the appropriate licensed clinician. We are glad to coordinate with them.

4. Longevity, Biological Age, and Performance Content

Content on this site discusses longevity, biological age, metabolic health, supplementation, and performance topics, and may reference published research. Any such references are provided for general context. Research findings are frequently preliminary, are conducted under specific conditions, and may not generalize to you. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any protocol, service, or product will prevent, treat, cure, or mitigate any disease or condition.

Individual results vary. Nothing here is a guarantee or prediction of any particular outcome.

5. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk, including but not limited to muscular strain, joint injury, cardiovascular events, and in rare cases serious injury or death. By using this website or participating in RxFit services, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility for your own health and safety decisions. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or any symptom that concerns you.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

This site may link to third-party websites, studies, or resources. Those links are provided for convenience. RxFit does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy or content of any third-party material.

7. No Practitioner–Patient Relationship

Using this website, reading our content, submitting an assessment, or contacting us does not create a physician–patient, therapist–patient, or any other clinical relationship between you and RxFit or any of its personnel.

8. Emergencies

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on this website or contact RxFit for emergency assistance.
